Assalamualaikum and Greetings
Words very often than not proved to be insufficiently adequate to describe the actuality of an occasion . . . thus the need for photographs.
It was all in conjunction with a courtesy visit to the Commandant's office at the Royal Military College, Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday 9, September 2015.
Lt Kol Basri Omar PGB (Bersara) had some matters to discuss with the Commandant. Bung and yours sincerely were just acting in accompaniment.

Kolonel Wan Ghazali Bin Wan Din
Touching on the present Royal Military College's curriculum the Commandant mentioned that RMC is no more focused on students to be army officers alone like in the old days.
He emphasized that:
"The Royal Military College was established with the objective of grooming young Malaysians to be fully prepared to fill up various positions as Officers in the Malaysian Armed Forces, Senior Officers in the Civil Service and become Leaders in the Nation's professional fields, as well as in the Commercial and Industrial sectors".
Thus, RMC students need to inculcate in themselves an innovative and creative culture by placing their careers and responsibilities on the right track with strong foundations towards the realization of RMC's strategic Plans in line with the College's Charter, Vision and Mission.

yeah, I'm having some guests at d moment,
will catch up with you soon . . .
d spirit of FMC brotherhood kept alive . . .
The newly laid out foundation pillars which encompassed lists of the former Federation Military College (FMC) students 'names of historical value' . . . those who went through the mills over the years in Port Dickson . . . could be found in the vicinity of the new RMC grounds.
Before we depart . . .
Our appreciation to the Commandant for unselfishly spending some of his very precious time on us for this visit.
Thank you Kolonel Wan Ghazali and staff for being very accommodating.
till later . . . goodbye
Personally yours sincerely found this visit to be of much value. The writer's last visit to RMC was sometime in the late 1970's when one brother-in-law was a student at the cadet wing.
Obviously much positive changes could be seen over the very many years that has gone by.
Alhamdulillah
